In-stock items typically ship out within 2-3 days via UPS, FEDEX or USPS. Transit time on standard shipping is 3-7 business days. Larger items such as home accessories and larger art pieces will often ship directly from our reputable manufacturers to you via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS. Please check the product descriptions for estimated lead times. You will be notified by email promptly of any delays, if applicable. HUG follows ethical business practices. We will not charge your credit card until your items are ready to ship. Please note that items ordered together may arrive separately (depending on size, availability, or if shipping from different manufacturers, etc.). Note that we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

MOST PERISHABLE ITEMS CANNOT BE SHIPPED OUTSIDE USA To all INTERNATIONAL clients: In an effort to reduce duties/customs fees, etc.

All INTERNATIONAL orders shipping from the US are sent via USPS mail services, with an estimated delivery time of 5-12 business days. We highly encourage international clients to pay using PayPal, this will reduce additional fees.

No delivery is available on these National holidays, or the day immediately following them. As described herein, other black out days will apply.

There is no sales tax applied to orders delivered to addresses outside California. However you are expected to comply with your own state's tax laws concerning internet purchases. Purchases shipped to California addresses/residents will automatically have the current sales tax rate added at time of order.


If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, we will accept returns within 10 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.

ALL RETURNS REQUIRE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA). Please contact us at with your name, order ID number, item name and reason for return. You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) via email. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package when shipped back to Hip Urban Green. RMA numbers are valid for 10 calendar days from receiving, so promptly ship-back the item. Along with the RMA, we will issue the address where the item must be shipped. Return addresses are issue on a case by case since some of our items must be shipped back directly to the distributor. Please save your original packaging until you are sure your order is defect free, damage free and accurate. All returned items must include original packing materials and the merchandise must be in unused, sealable condition.

A 5% restocking fee will be applied on returns for reasons other than damaged, defect, or incorrect merchandise sent. All purchases of Clearance items are final. No returns or exchanges will be honored.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please after returning an item, allow up to 2 billing cycles from the date on which your merchandise is received by Hip Urban Green for your account to be credited.

Hip Urban Green recommends you track your returns so that you may confirm we have received your package. Also, you may want to consider insuring your return. Hip Urban Green will not be responsible for the loss of any return that was not insured.

IF YOU RECEIVED DAMAGED OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE, please contact us at within 3 days to arrange for a replacement. KEEP ALL OF THE ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIALS AND PACKAGING. If damaged, it will be required for inspection by the shipping company. If the return is the result of an error, we will issue a call tag for the merchandise.

All ORDER CANCELLATIONS should be made within 24 hrs of the time that an order has been placed. If your order has been processed prior to receiving your cancellation, then the rules for returns and exchanges will apply.

Please remember that some of our products that are handmade and/or art pieces may show slight differences in color or texture that do not necessarily indicate defectiveness.

Please note that all edible and perishable goods cannot be returned. If the incorrect item was sent to the client, we will send a new shipment at no cost for client with the accurate merchandise.
